Low-maintenance into the future

The AuRü L – the future-proof oil retention system

Compared to the AuRü
AuRü ÖP
some advantages. In addition to the higher flow rate of the separator system, the tray upstand is also 80 mm high so that drip and splash water losses can also be retained. If the AuRü L contains light liquids such as e.g. ether oil, these are retained by the integrated oil separator in accordance with legal requirements.

Functional principle

At 80 mm high, the separator of the AuRü L is considerably higher than that of the
AuRü ÖP
which is mainly due to the flow rate requirements. Finally, the rainwater can run out via the separator, while the oil remains in the sump, as required by law.

AuRü L consisting of

Separation system

With its higher flow rate, the separator system is suitable for all systems that are installed outdoors. A different separation technique is used, which can be described as a counterflow system. The separator also has the option of attaching various attachments or integrating a high-performance heating insert (HHE).

Mounting kit

For standard sizes, you will receive a mounting set suitable for floor mounting with the drip tray. It can also be combined with the AuRü wall bracket, which you can purchase as an optional accessory. The mounting set consists of four C-feet and two U-profiles on which the system can be variably mounted.

Optional accessories for the AuRü L

We also offer a wide range of useful accessories for your oil protector, which you can use to further increase its functionality. These include various heating systems: a high-performance heating insert (HHE), which is integrated into the separator in a shock-resistant and secure manner and is firmly bolted to the collection tray, a heating mat with an external thermostat or a surface heating system. The latter is particularly advantageous when using heat pumps. It prevents condensation from dripping into the tray system and freezing immediately when it comes into contact with the tray, or an ice cover from forming in the tray. Also available is our special Flex-O-Frame system – optionally with ball joint – with which you can easily adapt the drip tray to local conditions.

High-performance heating block

The high-performance heating block (HHB) is inserted into the separator and heats it directly in the separator system itself. The heating block is therefore securely installed and impact-resistant. The heating element uses its integrated thermostat to measure the temperature of the water in the collection system.

Heating mat with external thermostat

We offer heating mats as a cost-effective solution. They are glued under the tub and heat it optimally through contact with the tub. We recommend insulating the heating system to prevent heat loss.

Surface heating

Surface heating with Heat-Master control makes particular sense when using heat pumps. Condensation that accumulates in winter drips into the tray system and freezes immediately on contact with the tray. This creates a punctual ice cover in the tub, which can spread upwards. Surface heating prevents this. The sophisticated system works via a water level sensor and water temperature sensor for energy-efficient operation.

Wall bracket

The wall bracket, in conjunction with the mounting set included with standard sizes, is an ideal addition if a system including security system is to be mounted on a wall. This console is statically designed for standard refrigeration and air conditioning systems and heat pumps, so that you can also mount your system on the console.
