Aspen Pumps Project Division – Sales Bootcamp: Stronger together for 2026
We started the new year with a lot of energy – and we immediately used that momentum:
Our first event took place on January 20th and 21st. “Aspen Pumps Project Division – Sales Bootcamp” instead.
The goal of these two intensive training days was clear: To further expand our sales strength and optimally prepare ourselves for the next growth steps.
Because in addition to our established AuRü products, this year we are placing a special focus on the Big Foot and Solflex systemsTo get off to a successful start here, you need not only good products – but above all a perfectly coordinated team with clear know-how and a strong shared sales strategy.
Cooperation across national borders
A particular highlight was the visit of our colleagues from UK and AustriaThe bootcamp provided the ideal platform to intensify the exchange between the teams, to sharpen responsibilities and to further strengthen cooperation within the group.
Focus on practice, knowledge and impact
Over two intensive days, we focused on the following topics:
- Product and sales expertise:
Safety in all three product lines – from the benefit argument to clear positioning - Practical use cases:
Real-world application examples to deepen our understanding and transfer it directly into sales. - Objection handling & offer logic:
Training for even greater confidence in customer interactions and a clear structure in our offers.
Two days – two locations – one goal
The opening event took place in Riverside Hotel in Nordhorn instead, where we were able to exchange ideas in an intensive workshop atmosphere.
On the second day, we started at our location in Schuettorf further – with a clear focus on training around Big-Foot and Solflex.
Our Conclusion
The Sales Bootcamp was a complete success: We not only gained knowledge, but above all We strengthened our collaboration, created clarity, and gained new energy for the sales year 2026..
With this strong foundation, we are ideally positioned to achieve our goals – and to take the next step together.
